Air Handling Unit – SKM Air Handling Units (Modular Air Handling Units (MAH), Hygienic Modular Air Handling units (HMAH) and Comfort Air Handling Units (CAH) are designed to a high engineering standard to provide the requirements of ventilation, heating, cooling, dehumidification and air distribution to a conditioned space. Which are applicable for indoor and outdoor installation, and they are ideal for large halls, schools, offices, banks, workshops, laboratories, restaurants, cinemas, hospitals, departmental stores, mosques and supermarkets, etc.Units are manufactured in a facility registered to ISO 9001:2008 manufacturing quality standards. Coil performance is certified in accordance with AHRI-410 Standards.

Chillers – SKM Air cooled packaged chillers are available in vast capacity, ranging from 4 TR to 520 TR in various series like APCD, APCY and ACMR with efficient, low noise and high-performance Screw, Hermetic Scroll, Hermetic and Semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors with high heat transfer efficient evaporators and condenser coils. Unit operation is controlled by Microprocessor controllers and available with electronic expansion valves as well. These chillers are suitable to connect BMS with different protocols as standard. Chillers are available with R134a and R410A refrigerants.

SKM Chillers designed and manufactured to operate at a wide range of ambient temperatures, especially to meet the severe climatic conditions of the Gulf are ideally suited for Hotels, high rise buildings, stores, hospitals and to any modern cooling applications. Which Every unit is thoroughly tested before delivery and ready for installation in an extensive range capacity and with different compressors and refrigerants. WPCD, WPCN and WPCY are the available series machines.

VRF – SKM VRF system incorporates a range of outstanding features, wide-range outdoor and indoor units, high external static pressure application, and energy-saving technologies. It supports an incredible piping length of 1,000m and a level difference of 110m, making it perfect for large high-rise buildings. The outdoor unit's capacity ranges from 8HP up to 88HP in 2HP increment, the maximum combination of 4 basic models.

SKM VRF system achieves the industry's top class energy efficiency of cooling and heating by utilizing DC compressor control, DC Fan motor, and improved performance heat exchanger which has high efficiency (in both EER & COP values), with a wide application range, high-reliability units, with enhanced comfort; and designed for easy installation & service.

Swim Pool – SKM Swimpool unit is developed for an indoor swimming pool dehumidification process with an eye towards controlling costs, both terms of minimizing energy usage and preventing future building maintenance problems. Its primary duty will be to dehumidify and reclaim the huge amount of latent heat that usually would be wasted. SKM Swimpool unit is mechanical dehumidification equipment with built everything in one packaged, providing an economical method for controlling the pool environment.



Fan Coil Units – Fan Coil Units(Hi-Static FCU (Standard and District Cooling) and Lo-Static FCU (Standard and District Cooling)) are low noise, 3-speed units and available in varied configurations with many options and accessories from SKM is a complete line of fan coil units to meet most air conditioning requirements. High-quality units are available for installation in apartments, single or multi-room offices, schools, clinics, etc.

Fan coil units provide flexibility of architectural design, can be handled the way they will be installed, with or without factory piped valve package to reduce field installation time and piping time to an absolute minimum.

Ducted Mini Split System – SKM Ducted mini split system consists of two types: Top Discharge air delivery and Side Discharge delivery (both are having high-efficiency performance condensing unit) matching with a low noise ducted type indoor unit. These types of mini split systems are ideally suited for apartments, houses, offices, shops, small residences, and commercial establishments.
